Yes, I had to wait a few hours for my car to be analyzed, however, I didn’t mind because there was coffee, soft drinks snacks that one could purchase to enjoy. The lobby was clean and quiet. I have not met one attendant that was rude. Each and every employee has been professional, peasant and friendly.

Last week I got my oil changed, and ordered parts to replace a broken rearview mirror. Today it was replaced. Sammy helped guide the whole thing and was a true professional through the experience. Great customer service!
