“So it’s been exactly 1 week since I got my car back from the shop ?I had an electrical issue. (Wires)When I would press the start button to turn off my car, the engine wouldn’t shut off right away. It would take a few minutes. It would shake until it would force itself off… then my headlight would turn itself ON. (Yes, the lights were OFF) So b/c there was no other way for me to turn off, a button that was already off.. it would kill my battery… which would make me jump my car every other day when it wouldn’t turn off properly.Anyway… I had already made an appointment at a Ford dealership in San Leandro for an oil change.. then I included the issue above. I had my car there for a lil over a week, I spoke with him the weekend after drop off (monday), and the day of pick up (the next Monday). I couldn’t get a hold of him throughout the time my car was getting looked at.I called & spoke w/a few other ppl then I eventually spoke w/manager who told me he would get the guy assigned to me to reach out, which he never did. When I picked up the car, they said they couldn’t find anything.A day after, the car started doing the same thing, I dropped my car off after hours (b/c of work)Spoke to someone new, asked for someone different for the lack of communication, the new guy didn’t like that so much, so I took my car to the Ford dealership in Fremont,They ran another diagnostic (2), they too said they could not find anything, but that my oil was over filled & that I needed another one (drain out and put new), something about a lid under the hood needed fixing which would cost $1800, and I have bad tires in the front. They too had issues with communication, but it was kinda better then San Leandro..+ it was there a lil over a week b/c I had to wait 3 days for someone to run a diagnostic ?I honestly felt discouraged, and I didn’t know who to trust.Then I went ahead and took it to Managal Motors, because I remember having a good experience with my rotors getting replaced a few years ago.I called in, I dropped my car off the day of. I was told that they were going to run another diagnostic (3) and that it would take some time to find out the issue of the car. They called for questions about it before working on it, plus called in again to let me know what they were doing, and what he thought the issue might be, and then I got a text of a receipt & a call it was ready. I dropped it off before their shopped closed on a Tuesday, and got the car back on Monday (they had it fixed less then a week!)I haven’t had any issues with the engine turning off, or no spooky lights turning on by itself since ☺️☺️☺️☺️ & I was also told about my bad ties in front. (Which I did know about, I had my back tires changed, and I was working towards the front… anyway) I felt like they actually took the time out to find out what was wrong w/ my car, & kept in communication, and my car wasn’t even with them for a whole week.I’m not sorry for the long review, I’ve been really frustrated with the lost of money,time and lack of communication and trust. I’m so thankful that my car is back up n running.? THANK YOU MANGALE MOTORS!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!Ps. I had some burnt wires (from a car accident) that needed to be replaced, and the total cost was $537.69Which includes a diagnostic, parts, & labor.”

“Very nice guy. My car had something else wrong with it, he worked on my car for an hour before giving up. Told me what was wrong and recommended a shop that could fix the problem. Didn't change me for the aligning since it couldn't be done. I still wanted to pay him for his work so he wrote it up as an inspection, only $30.When I get it fixed I'll definitely buy back for the alignment.”

Winston and Mert are Subaru Scientists!!! They know the ins and outs of these vehicles and how to make them perform better than factory! My head gaskets needed work on my Foz that is built for occasional off-roading. These two perfectionists went to work and rebuilt the engine for me and I couldn’t be happier. “Fantastically smooth experience. An accident ruined my family ski trip. Mike made my car whole again within two weeks. Mike is Very professional, courteous and responsive. Accident happened on the weekend and Mike took the car in on the weekend while all other body shops I contacted couldn’t. Mike took care of all the insurance adjuster communication so I didn’t have to be distracted from work and family to take care of one more headache. With two weeks, the car was back shining again. Mike gave us one year warranty on the repair free of charge. When we found there’s some small problems with the operation, Mike took the car right back in based on my availability. He was so kind that he also gave me a ride home. The small problems were taken care of within two days. Mike even repainted a small section in the trunk that didn’t look perfect. Big thanks! “Found this place here on Yelp while I was waiting for my car to get serviced at Honda since it's down the street.I called and was able to speak to someone right away and was told that we didn't need an appt and to just come by.As soon as I got there I was greeted right away and was presented with a short paper work to fill out. I told the worker that I found their shop thru Yelp and he told me to check in for a discount. It came out to $50 total for the smog check. He started working on my car right away and it was done in about 10 mins! I was in and out of that place in like 15 mins. Mark knows these vehicles inside and out (unlike the folks at the dealership who have limited interest in the older cars). Carlen handles the office with professionalism and kindness. “I just want to gush a minute about Ruben and Company at Hayward Tire Pros. I went in there to get my tire repaired or get a used tire depending on the repairability of my flat. Ruben said the tire was damaged beyond repair. He did not have a used tire in my size. He recommended one similar that would work and made me an offer I couldn't refuse. I had also asked if he could reset the maintenance required light in my Dash that had been on for months which he gladly did as well. I am only in the area visiting family and live 3 hours away.
