“They had the specialty cable I needed! I had the best experience even though they initially shipped me the wrong cable.
The mark of a great business is how they act when things don’t go well. This is where my SF Cable was great and why I’ll go out of my way to use them whenever I can.
They accidentally sent me cables with a C5 connector instead of C13, so just before lunch time on Friday I called the number on the invoice, hit the digit for returns, and was transferred to a person. She asked for my order and what the issue was, confirmed they had the right ones in stock, and asked for me to email a picture of the wrong cables. I sent the email and before the end of the day I had confirmation that the replacements were shipped.
