“I was on the hunt for a side table and a reproduction Tulip Table is what I wanted. I looked at many websites, prices are all over the place, most of the tables are made in China. It's hard to tell from a photo the quality of the tables. Bauhaus 2 Your House stood out to me. Their table is made in Italy, the carrara marble for the top is mined in Italy, and the price includes shipping and taxes. I received the side table a couple days ago and I am very pleased. It is exactly as described and it is beautifully made. Very easy transaction, everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Bauhaus 2 Your House!”
“Martin was fantastic, he answered all our questions about the furniture including the origin, how they clean it and check for bed bugs. And he even delivered on Saturday night with a smile. The sofa is just our style, mid century modern, in beautiful condition, and was a good value. Plus, Martin's customer service was over the top exceptional! I'm really glad my husband found this shop, I was skeptical when he mentioned it -- but their products, quality, and customer service quickly won me over. “I want to give this store a HUGE kudos for amazing communication and crowd control. I lined up for BTS light stick release this morning. The staff came out communicated very clearly on the instruction. It turned out Pokemon release happened on the same day. Employee told us to split 2 lines: BTS & Pokemon. The staff told us to follow them into the store in the line. There was another staff monitoring the merch section and only allowed one shopper at the time to grab the merch. There was no pushing or physically getting hurt. It was a positive and pleasant shopping experience. I was able to get what I want without fighting. Whoever came up with this game plan is genius. Thank you so much!”
“We contacted Ilya with just an idea and he made it become reality. We wanted a TV furniture to occupy the space between 2 rooms, but if possible we wanted a way for the TV to be used in both rooms. Ilya found the right hardware for that and worked with us on a design that matched our taste, while being within our budget. “On 10/28/2023 I went to this Target on Whipple. I only needed to buy a few things and they seemed to be well stocked with the items I needed to purchase. There have been times when I have gone to this location and I have had to leave because they have run out of what I was planning on purchasing , but yesterday was not one of those times. I also like that they have that Ulta Section, where you can buy the higher end makeup and skincare products. I usually buy those items at Macys or Nordstrom and sometimes Sephora but there are times where I can't get to the mall. Malls do not stay open as late as Target so it can be very convenient when you're out of a specific staple skincare product you use but you're able to buy it at your nearest Target. Of course the buying experience for those makeup/ skincare products is not as nice as when you buy those products at Macys or Nordstrom, however Target can be convenient when you're in a pinch. I digressed talking about the higher end makeup, so getting back on track, Target is a great for your everyday household items. They have many nice things and they are cheaper than several places. Maybe not the cheapest, but compared to some stores they are more reasonable. In spite of this very real inflation, I not only focus prices, but in the aesthetics of the locations I shop and the experience.The service was good that day too. There was this lady with long silver hue hair, who I think is a supervisor always hustling to get the lines down. The several times I have gone this month I have seen her there and she does a good job at getting people through the registers by directing customers to different registers or having a cashier ring up customers that are waiting. Also the cashier that rang me up was very friendly, she actually started a conversation. Her name was Danny.”

“Although parts of my package were missing and damaged (Which was the vendor's problem) I am totally satisfied with my purchase through CasaOne. Simply because the customer service at CasaOne was super nice and always responsive and tried to be supportive. Despite the poor job by the vendor, the customer service at CasaOne took complete responsibility and gave me a full refund after they found out that some parts are missing and the vendor can not provide them in a reasonable time.”
