It's not odd to tell someone your store closes in 15 minutes when someone walks in around closing time. However, what is odd is doing that and then leaving only 2 cashiers on their own during a rush of more than 12 people waiting in line while you go to run to the gas station across the street. What kind of management is that...?

Every time I shop at harbor freight I have a good experience. The only problem I have is they have a female employee that’s kind of rude and she smells real bad. But other than that I like everyone that works there. Especially the one African American young lady that’s a cashier there I love her she is very helpful and nice and kind.

They're usually very helpful and have good prices. But they close 10-15 min before the posted closing time. They should have updated the store timings so I could have planned to go to other stores instead. Online says Sunday closing is at 6.pm.

Was returning a defective tile saw and exchanging for a different unit. At time we were told by the clerk if we got the replacement now, the restocking fee would be waived, even if we were downgrading to a different cutter. So we did. And a supervisor came out when we went to complete the transaction and said they actually won’t waive the fee because we’re downgrading. Poor customer service.

I'm totally upset with harbor freight I honestly feel they stole from me. I'm being a costumer for a few years and I never haved to return anything to the store. But today I have to return a sds max tool because I don't need it and what's my surprise, they charge 20% of the cost of the tool to get the tool back.
Even when i buy the tool i ask for the return policy on case if i needed to return it or replace they say i can return it in 90 days period.
They never mentioned they charge 20% of the tool cost to get it back.
Now they just say the return policy is in the back of the receipt. But i get the receipt after I paid. This is wrong

Employees are very helpful at this location,you can get in and out fast, and parking is always available.
