Do not order from this company!! it’s true like the one guy reviewed. It takes forever to get your product. I ordered on June 20 and they say I won’t get my order till July 17. When I called to talk to a customer service they didn’t answer. But when I called and pushed, I want to order something they immediately answered. I’m gonna call my credit card company up and cancel this order. This company is not upfront at all. You would think they would say for the $12 in shipping sorry for the inconvenience. I’ll credit your credit card but no he said he was gonna call the shipping department and have it expedited which is a BS. What are they gonna do the shipping department which was probably him. call up the truck and tell them to expedite my box. This is a total BS company.

EDIT: This error has now been resolved and I have been sent the correct product. I really appreciate it being dealt with but am disappointed that it took two months and multiple messages.
The wrong product was delivered over three weeks ago. I emailed on the day of delivery asking for this to be resolved and for the correct product to be sent, and I attached images of the incorrect items. I have since sent three more emails, a message via Instagram and a message via Facebook, but have had no response. I have paid for a product that I have not received. This is really poor service and I will not order from them again.

Appalling!
Ordered something, payment was pending at my bank for days!
A week later I get an email saying my order has been cancelled. I didn’t cancel so I messaged customer service TWICE, no response at all. How rude and unprofessional!!!!

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. I am normally easy to please. If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an order and after a few days received no tracking info. I told them I use a P.O. Box but they shipped with FedEx and said it would arrive USPS. I called every two days and was told tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow. The lied about the order having been fulfilled then said I could not cancel. I now have a dispute in process with visa. It’s obvious by the offshore 3rd party customer service that this is a scam site. They just wait until you are tired of following up and keep your money without shipping. Choose another vendor.

There was a website error with my order and it came through with some items ordered in error. The company will not provide return shipping for exchange (I would have to pay to ship it back and then pay shipping to reorder), and it is not worth the shipping cost for me to return it so I will be stuck with these items. I will go back to ordering from Amazon where customer service is better.

Excellent source of Unna Boots in Europe. These are hard to find at a reasonable price in Europe, but the best price I have found so far is with HerbsPro. Their online ordering is easy and user-friendly. Their shipping was pretty quick (I received my order in Spain in just over two weeks), and the product was just as expected. I will continue to use this vendor for this hard-to-find healthcare product.
