The staff member Joe was extremely friendly and beyond patient and helpful as I asked A LOT of questions on panel lining, painting, and tools. He was knowledgeable, honest, and didn't try to upsell me, but instead gave me just the facts and explained where I would get the most value and benefit.
I can get pretty overwhelmed and anxious so the quiet atmosphere made me feel very comfortable to take my time browsing and making my choices.
