“This 2nd hand Lego store is 2nd one with in a 20 minute drive . Another one is in pleasant hill. What I like about this store is the display and light area. Lots of lights and Lego display . The owner Mike is very friendly and knowledge about Lego . There are usually two other gentleman who are just as friendly. On like the other store that has only one worker to help and the owner hides in the back. The San Ramon store has more used Lego and there is always something to find every time I go. There is also new sets and promotions on there instagram page. There sets and figures are around the normal price. There used sets tend too be better. I've seen Lego classes from the Brickmasters that are an option to join. In general the friendly staff, more Lego , and presentation is why its getting a good rating.”
“ATTENTION Shoppers! I have usually found everything I needed from this business over the years and have seen much change in the industry. More change, the present owner plans to retire and sell his business.Today, the store was EXTREMELY well stocked, I bought three 1/35 military kits, glues, paints and styrene scribed sheets. If I were to make these purchases online and include shipping, I wouldn't save a load of money, even ebay prices are high.”

“The women who work here are so knowledgeable about plastics! I had a polyethylene water tank needing repair and they had all the right advice. The trick being heat (flame) treating the plastic before the repair is attempted. Appreciate this so much!”

Staff is knowledgeable and can make good recommendations based on what you are looking for. They also have a game area where you can play the scheduled games.”

“The geek store of my dreams! I've been here so often, the staff recognize me. From anime to Disney to jurassic park. Boxlunch has plenty of geeky merch to choose from. Prices online are almost always better, but you can pick up in store. I wish their LOTR & Star Wars selections were larger, but what I do find I enjoy.Staff are extremely friendly! I've enjoyed all of my interactions here. Discussing our favorite Fandoms, latest TV episodes, or simply laughing over my BFs silly jokes. It's always great.”

“A nice upgrade of the original space. I guess they took over the next door spot which was Dollar Tree and made a larger store. Parking has a few spots reserved for curbside pickup. Inside was super clean and organized ?. Store associates were helpful and nice. I'll even add that the manager had friendly interactions with the workers there while I was shopping. Which was nice to hear because it added to the "positive vibes" shopping experience. ?”
“After my popcorn excursion I decided to stay out a bit and go to Michael's, enjoy the fresh air. I've been watching Bob Ross lately. I find him to be very calming. He's inspired me to tap into my artistic side. I did not purchase anything. I just perused the art section and beading section to get an idea of what I want to start with. Anytime I had a question there was a staff member nearby available to answer my question. Pricing varies by the level of quality you are seeking. Eager to get into my new hobby.”

“I really can’t overstate how great this store is. I started coming here toward the end of last year and couldn’t be happier I did. Mike curates an awesome shop with a jaw dropping selection of current and retired sets. There’s something for every type of Lego collector. What’s more, his prices are incredibly fair and tremendously generous. I wish other small business toy shops would take page out of his book. Brick by Brick is easily the best in the Bay and you’d be hard pressed to prove me otherwise.”
