“I had a great experience with the custom framing team at this Michaels location.
I called ahead to confirm availability and was told framing services were open daily, which I appreciated. When I arrived, the manager, Ginger, was welcoming, transparent about wait times, and clearly mindful of my time. While I did have to wait as they were assisting other customers, I never felt ignored and was checked on periodically. The framer, PieMaria C, was professional and courteous.
Overall, the team was organized, communicative, and customer-focused. It was a smooth and positive experience, and I would absolutely return for future framing projects.
