“I've been gaming at this store for about a decade. Good atmosphere, managers are knowledgeable and have great personalities. This is the place to learn how to build, paint, play Warhammer before branching out and playing with other communities.”

She asked me to hold and came back with a Great Answer. Shapes, Sizes and cost. So now I will drive there today knowing exactly what I want. “I’ve had mostly positive experiences at this store and generally enjoy shopping here.
My only concern during a recent visit was an interaction with the ASM, Janipher. While shopping for fabric, I felt I was given a difficult time and was overcharged on yardage by rounding up to a higher price point when there were not full yards left on the bolt.
I understand that retail can be stressful and staff shortages happen—I’ve been there myself—but I don’t believe that should result in inaccurate charging. I regret not speaking up in the moment, but I hope this can be taken as a learning opportunity to ensure customers are charged appropriately, even during busy or stressful times.
Thankfully Ginger is an MVP and truly kindhearted. She among other team members make this store really pleasant to be at after a long day. She’s been informative, positive mindset, honest and easy to talk with, and getting my fabrics cut here makes my day!
