The whole 3rd floor had no cashier open. You had to go to the 1 on the 2nd floor. On the 1st floor, I had to walk all over to find someone who could handle my payment for a pair of shoes. The service coverage is very minimal.

Macy's lifted my spirits. I got rid of all my "tiny" clothes. Grieving my loss, Macy's sale made it so much better. I bought three new outfits for a great price.
