The whole 3rd floor had no cashier open. You had to go to the 1 on the 2nd floor. On the 1st floor, I had to walk all over to find someone who could handle my payment for a pair of shoes. The service coverage is very minimal.

Macy's lifted my spirits. I got rid of all my "tiny" clothes. Grieving my loss, Macy's sale made it so much better. I bought three new outfits for a great price.

We stopped by the store to purchase an early Mother's Day gift. We definitely made the right decision. The staff was very helpful and the Macy's had everything we needed.

Today was definitely a terrible day at Macy's for me since someone by the name of Dayling discriminated against me and ignored me when I waited for 20 minutes for service... he went to stick to someone else and left me waiting... total indignation. . If it hadn't even been for that person, I would say that Macy's gives the best customer service... but definitely not...
