“I had an appointment at Tiburcio Vasquez to do a blood test with Quest Diagnostics. I was really dreading this due to the fact that I know my veins are tiny and hard to get. The technician Rachel worked with me very well & did not stick me a hundred times. She was able to get the test that I so needed. Give that woman a raise she is friendly and efficient.? Most of all she didn't give up and tell me to leave ??? ...?”

“This is the best emergency room I've been to in my life. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews . The registration clerk, nurses and doctors are so compassionate. I've never gone to a hospital where I felt so well taken care of. I came here this morning and the lobby was absolutely empty. Everyone was so nice and treated me so well. There was a zero minute wait time. Walked in, saw the trusty nurse and proceeded to registering then went straight to the back. Super quick and efficient. I don't like hospitals but the people here were really personable, helpful and responded so well for a medical crisis. Thank you Saint Rose ER staff!!!”

“I went to Quest for the first time today, 12/26, and I was presently surprised. I had seen some negative reviews but my experience was different. There is no receptionist at the site, so people must do "self-check-in". I arrived 10 minutes early and was able to figure out things. Some people looked annoyed because their 7:30 am appointment was not called yet, but I can see how the times can vary. Each person has a different lab request. I assume some tests take longer than usual. I was scheduled for an 8:00 am test and was done by 8:20. There were no issues or hassles. I found Quest to be issue to use and easy to locate.”
