Staff is always polite, great, run on time and highly qualified. But they all battle an outdated software and hardware issue. QUEST needs to invest in their staff's ability to perform well and not hamper them with poor tech quality levels.

I always make an appointment to go to quest diagnostic. I have had the best , respectful and knowledgeable people here. Specially if you make an appointment so much better im in and out within minutes. The staff there are very nice and treats you with respect. Love this location in hayward.
