They loaded my contents from a rented container at a company's site. They unloaded my belongings into my new, smaller space. They took extras to my local storage facility for me. They cleaned up after themselves. OnTrack moving did what the said they would from administrative side of the house that needed no reminders and less than a single hour to complete paperwork, to labor logistics who unwrapped and reassembled furniture and they were courteous while they did it. In short, OnTrack made a promise that they kept, which is ultimately what you need anyone moving your things to do.I recommend them. Thank you OnTrack!”

“Highly recommend Pha Logistix. They were very professional, friendly, helpful and happy to answer my questions. My family and I were doing our first out of state move and I was nervous. AJ and his crew blew us away!! We were moving from the Bay Area to Colorado. They needed two days with a crew of four to pack the four of us and our 2700 square foot home and loaded it into two trucks. They were timely and called if they were running late. They were respectful of our belongings, and welcomed us checking around the house to make sure everything was packed. They packed us on a Wednesday and Thursday, and were at our new home at 8 am on the Sunday. On that Sunday the crew was four again and had the trucks unpacked in six hours, including rebuilding our beds and tables. After we have finished unpacking every last box, I can say that not one single item was broken or lost. I would recommend Pha Logistix for any local or long distance move!! Thank you AJ and crew for making this such an easy process and to Peggy for getting everything set up and putting together an accurate quote.”

“Just rented a space in this business. My old place was nothing compared to this one at all. Everything was smooth online , reserved the size I need. Next day came in and the manager Elsie was super friendly. AllMy questions answered and explained all rules. Place is super clean. Can’t believe I last so many years in my last one. When opened the door at the new place the impression I got was like the stuff members really take care of all units. Couple hours later came back to the unit to arrange boxes and ran to the manager again in the hallway cleaning around the buildings. I definitely recommend this place and I’m sure will be here for many years.”

“The reviews scared me a lot. A whole lot, but I did not have an option to choose my delivery from Sincere Home Decor. I got a message from Reed's nearly 4 weeks ahead of schedule to let me know they were expecting my kitchen cabinets the following week, and to call back to arrange delivery. I asked for the earliest possible date because I was so sure (based on the negative reviews) that there would be a problem. Not true. Reed's called again the day before my scheduled delivery to provide a window of 9-12, and the delivery driver actually called at 8:25 to let me know he was on his way. That was great, as I was able to call my contractor who had time to get to my house to oversee delivery. The truck arrived before 9am, and Gasto and Harry unloaded all of my cabinetry and stacked the boxes nicely in my garage. I appreciated the patience they gave neurotic me as I compared the invoice to the order to the boxes delivered. They even took care to leave me a walkway through the garage (since installation won't be for a month). The boxes were undamaged and everything was accounted for. In summary, this was a perfectly smooth transaction and delivery. No problems at all.”
