“The best post office I have ever been to in the area the best service although I remember the last time I was there, there’s a power outage and the way that the individuals working there. They really were very professional about it and dealt with it very well and I prefer this post office over the Castro Valley location thank you so much for having such great service And I look forward to coming back again one day.”

I lost a receipt a few weeks ago, and I couldn't see her name but the lady on the very right hand side booth bent her back trying to get my receipt I lost. Literally so kind and professional. She didn't seem annoyed at all and the nicest. I can't thank her enough for the help she gave!”

Honestly, there's a few staffs that should help me but they went all at the back of their office so Maria can take my big box which was not fair to MARIA. By the way God bless you Maria and to other staff who doesn't want to help me cause they don't want to carry the big box well then shame on you Guys.
