“No ling lines and super friendly staff. Been going here for over 30 years now and still getting the same courtesy and care. The asian and hispanic ladies are awesome and very friendly and even reminded me of stamps if we needed more etc. Dont believe the bad reviews and just drop by and experience for yourself. Shorter lines , street parking only and 2 mail box outside for drop off.”

“Great customer service. I went for passport service - the entire process was so smooth and stress free. The picture taken here is 5 times better from external passport picture taking shops.”

“I would like to give a shout-out to Grace. Came here today to activate a mail box my son had applied for online. Grace was very helpful, guiding me through every step of the process to get it activated. Despite being the only staff at a busy branch office, she was super patient, thorough, and very friendly to everyone.”

“It was my first visit to this location. It's a lot larger than the post office I usually use. It has a small-town, intimate ambiance, with the cherry wood framing and open, welcoming layout. I really liked the display of available stamps, so much so, I bought a few packs though I seldom mail envelopes. The clerk was very nice and helpful.”

“Alicia was Awesome to everyone. Do they know they have a homeless guy in front..?? (..wearing a ? tutu..talking to himself..)? I think he needs housing & help.. Hello Menlo??”

“This comment is for Mr. WALKER, the male clerk at this postal location. They didn't want to serve us when we came at 4:50pm, the PO supposed to close at 5pm. They put up the Closed sign but I came in and asked the employees there for an exception to mail a certified letter to the IRS. The female clerk there was chatty and unfriendly, unprofessional. But Mr. Walker agreed to make serve me and the rest of the customers who came after me. He went beyond his duty and did his job with professionalism. He deserves a raise.”

“I want to say, the staff is so kind and professional at this location! I lost a receipt a few weeks ago, and I couldn't see her name but the lady on the very right hand side booth bent her back trying to get my receipt I lost. Literally so kind and professional. She didn't seem annoyed at all and the nicest. I can't thank her enough for the help she gave!”

“Cathy was extremely helpful and courteous getting my passport documents filed correctly. Took the time to check everything over and wrote down instructions how to check up on progress. Most pleasant post office experience I’ve had.”

“As a Dublin/Pleasanton resident, I've used this post office a handful of times and I'm mostly satisfied with the service. Employees are quite efficient and quick at their jobs from what I've experienced. Lily is always great and provides great customer service, always polite and helpful. There's one woman (name I haven't retained) who sometimes works alongside her that could use a course on how to kindly speak to customers, she always seems to have a /demanding/rude tone about her when answering basic questions. Why take your stresses out on polite and paying customers? I choose to go with whoever ELSE is there because just speaking to her gives me anxiety.”

“Never had a problem in this location. Especially happy with the service after bad experience in San Leandro Manor PO. I spent less than a minute to confirm my new address.”

“It’s okay. I like the ones that have the self service station as it’s much easier and this one does not have one. Still able to do what you need but be prepared to wait and stand in line for a good period of time.”

“This Post Office is located in the San Leandro Plaza and is open on Saturdays!!When I do have to mail a package, this is where I go!! The main reasons for that is that they usually have multiple windows open and they are open on Saturdays, the only day that I really have time for this. Now, sometimes on said Saturdays there's a long line here, but it moves along decently. The postal workers here are friendly and polite also!!”

“Loretta is an amazing postal employee, she cares, she wad proactive helping resolve my issue of expired change of address notice; taught me how to request Andre apply online, , advised me to do it asap, so I could resolve the issue and get back my letters back sooner, which I did; that same day I had an email and went back to that post office to update my address, And problem resolved, thanks to Loretta’s assistance. Excellent customer service! Thank you, Loretta!?”

“This is not a retail location, so customer service takes employees away from their tasks so service can be a bit slow. However, you can drop Priority Mail packages there before the last Oakland truck leaves (don't expect a scan, the bins are on the dock), and they can get you mail pieces that need a signature if you have the paper from the mailman.”

“Good post office location and clean environment. 3 registers opened to take care of the customers. The staff was polite and knowledgeable but always no smile on her face.”

“Came in for a walk In appointment for the hours of 9-10am. There was a long line as expected, but what I really appreciate is as it was getting close to 10am, Ms. Irma and her staff did not turn those who were waiting. However. She came out and explained the options of waiting times because they do have to serve appointments too. She walked the line answering questions. I really appreciate her not turning us in line away after walk-in hours were over. Mr. Eddie processed my application in a timely manner and was very friendly, humorous and nice to chat with about traveling. I highly recommend to come with your photos & copies of Documentation as it speeds up the process when you go to the back. They all have excellent customer, thank you staff”

“I had trouble receiving my mail for months. This location is the only post office (I went to four) that was able to really help me out and take care of the issue. The manager was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable and so was the person who helped me complete another form. Really appreciated their help this morning!”
