Such an improvement over SSF. M
More space, calm atmosphere. Just for service no sales but great location.

Karin & Aaron were both very helpful throughout my vehicle maintenance process. They streamlined my experience from dropping off my vehicle, providing status updates, through vehicle pick up.

Quite the sizable location and slick maintenance setup (I peeked into the main floor, looks like NASA). Really welcome to see Rivian adding service centers. Welcoming employees, wifi and coffee on site, no longer than 5mins wait, same-day work done. Excellent.
