Terrible customer service. The whole company sucks. The phone service sucks too. The people handling the phone never call back and never pick up at any time of the day.

Drove a half hour to get here and was told that they are a “coin less” branch. This was after being told that all of NuVision’s branches accept rolled coins. NuVision is gobbling up these old credit unions and the customer service is in the toilet. Time to close my accounts

came to deposit money in my checking and the atm swallowed my card, spit my money back out, and gave me a receipt saying the card was stolen. This is so inconvenient. ?
