“I am really satisfied well fargo credit card fraud claims department. They do not neglect what i said. A few weeks ago, one merchandise charge me the price that i never agreed then I complained this charge to well Fargo. I said i never authorized this charge and no ideas how I paid for this. They successfully followed up my claim and i am able to receive refund amount. I am so happy and surprised. I have several fraud claims with other bank but somehow well Fargo successfully manage to claim this one back. Thank you. Well Fargo ?”

“I am not a customer but I have dealt with companies that are. I usually just come here to make deposits. The security guard is friendly but is on his phone in conversation. Sometimes, when the line is long, folks at the desks will ask if there are any people just making a deposit. It helps not waiting long for the two tellers that are typically open. Review #90 of 100 in 2023.”

On top of that she has such a warm personality, she’s genuinely the sweetest lady ever.
