The UPS Store in Hayward offers expert packing, shipping, printing, document finishing, a mailbox, notary, shredding, and faxing. It is a really convenient location with loads of parking. The team is super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, approachable, obliging, fast, professional, and efficient. They provide great customer service and a great atmosphere, going over and above even when busy. Their lines move pretty fast. Customers highly recommend this location for its reliability and would drive across the bay just to ship from here, calling it the best UPS in the area.
I'm here several time a year and the service has always been good. I wish they were open later, however. I do all my shipping from this store but I don't have much to send. Unfortunately I have a lot of Amazon returns.

I drive a little farther to return to this store. Both gentleman that work there are kind and patient. Most of the other UPS stores act like you’re bothering them when you bring in returns

I recently came into this store to get my biometrics done, I myself work at a UPS store so I’m pretty aware of everything and how important customer service is. This store stood up really high in my expectations, Eddy or Eddie was the one who helped me with my biometrics and he was so efficient and patient.
