“The ladies that work at this location were great. I unfortunately forgot the name of who helped me return a bunch of ATT and Comcast modems, but she was very patient and tried multiple different things to get the modem returns working. I couldn't have gotten it done without them. This location is less crowded and more laid back than some others.”
“I've went to this guy for years and he's always been reliable and accommodating for anything from routine to new needs. I've learned as a customer how to be efficient in preparation to make the most of my project and least of my time. Sad to see that the new location got smaller but the service is the same. His staff most of them are always friendly only has one that isn't so friendly and seems unhappy with people in general but they're young adults I can't imagine it being an easy position but the 2 others are incredibly nice and professional.”

“I was a bit stuck and facing a time crunch to ship a whole bunch of small roller suitcases asap. Found Baywater online and paid them a visit first thing in the AM. Amber and Berto in the office were super helpful and responsive. They took measurements of the suitcase (I had one with me as a sample) and worked with the warehouse manager to quickly find me a box that was a great fit. Definitely recommend - I'll be back for sure!”

So when my card was charged I returned to the store and explained the situation to Oscar. “Needed a residential pick up in one city and a residential delivery in another city - 20 miles away. I needed a lift gate truck as the piece needing pick up/delivery weighed over 400 lbs. Rushway Delivery Services was the only company that responded to my inquiry regarding a quote. Their customer service was quick to respond and their driver Johnson was very helpful in the pick up and delivery. Very professional company. Very reasonable quote for the pick up and delivery considering the time and cost of fuel. From start to finish took about an 90 minutes.”

“I would like to say Thank you so much MARIA for helping me. 10 star for you. Maria was so accommodating, nice, kind, and she has a long patience. I have a big box to send overseas and she approached me and help me without any hesitation.
Honestly, there's a few staffs that should help me but they went all at the back of their office so Maria can take my big box which was not fair to MARIA. By the way God bless you Maria and to other staff who doesn't want to help me cause they don't want to carry the big box well then shame on you Guys.
To clarify, this is April 12 2025 transaction only so who ever work on that day then shame on them except MARIA who helped me to carry my big box.
I also want to thank you the other Lady she's quite Old Asian who borrowed me a trolley cause I can't lift heavy stuff. If you read this Thank you so much.”
