“I was a bit stuck and facing a time crunch to ship a whole bunch of small roller suitcases asap. Found Baywater online and paid them a visit first thing in the AM. Amber and Berto in the office were super helpful and responsive. They took measurements of the suitcase (I had one with me as a sample) and worked with the warehouse manager to quickly find me a box that was a great fit. Definitely recommend - I'll be back for sure!”

“Needed a residential pick up in one city and a residential delivery in another city - 20 miles away. I needed a lift gate truck as the piece needing pick up/delivery weighed over 400 lbs. Rushway Delivery Services was the only company that responded to my inquiry regarding a quote. Their customer service was quick to respond and their driver Johnson was very helpful in the pick up and delivery. Very professional company. Very reasonable quote for the pick up and delivery considering the time and cost of fuel. From start to finish took about an 90 minutes.”

“Had a great customer experience at this store. I had tried to fax some documents but the fax machine was constantly erroring out; I was assured by Oscar that I would not be charged. So when my card was charged I returned to the store and explained the situation to Oscar. “Love this US Post Office. Denise helped me out, on a rainy day, after I dropped my deposit, rather than my letters, into the mailbox in front of this Post Office. She called the mail carrier responsible for the last pick up of the day and I waited inside, as it poured outside. After about a half hour, the last pick up of the day arrived and the box opened. Denise had taken down the relevant information and my deposit was located and confirmed. Wow, thank you Denise!”
“Needed to send papers to court. With self addressed stamped envelopes. Too big for standard mailer. Employee was so great. Helped me out with everything. Explained my options and worked with me to find the least expensive but most efficient option. What a life saver. Thanks again”

“I had confused this location with the other UPS location near the Lucky's off of A St on Mission and found 2 bitter older ladies working at that location. I live in Castro Valley & I DO NOT MIND traveling a little further to do business at this location!! They provided great customer service & were exceptional!”

“I would like to say Thank you so much MARIA for helping me. 10 star for you. Maria was so accommodating, nice, kind, and she has a long patience. I have a big box to send overseas and she approached me and help me without any hesitation.
Honestly, there's a few staffs that should help me but they went all at the back of their office so Maria can take my big box which was not fair to MARIA. By the way God bless you Maria and to other staff who doesn't want to help me cause they don't want to carry the big box well then shame on you Guys.
To clarify, this is April 12 2025 transaction only so who ever work on that day then shame on them except MARIA who helped me to carry my big box.
I also want to thank you the other Lady she's quite Old Asian who borrowed me a trolley cause I can't lift heavy stuff. If you read this Thank you so much.”
