“I recently visited Costco with a few issues that I needed help resolving, and I want to recognize two employees who truly went above and beyond. Miriam, who previously worked in the meat department and is now working at the front, provided exceptional customer service from the moment she began assisting me. She was patient, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping me find a solution. It was clear that she cared about making sure my concerns were addressed properly. In addition, Amir, the front end manager, stepped in and demonstrated the same level of professionalism and care. He listened carefully, treated my situation with respect, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. Both Miriam and Amir showed a level of dedication and kindness that truly reflects the best of what customer service should be. Their teamwork and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation much easier. What stood out the most was their attitude. Neither of them treated my concerns like a burden. Instead, they took the time to ensure I felt heard and supported. That kind of service is rare and deserves recognition. Employees like Miriam and Amir are a huge asset to your store and represent the values that keep customers coming back. I want management to know that experiences like this are the reason I continue to shop at Costco. No matter how far I live, the work ethic and care shown by employees like Miriam and Amir make it worth the trip. Their commitment to going above and beyond does not go unnoticed, and I hope they receive the recognition they truly deserve.”
“No words for the forklifter guy. He is too good in his work. He came at 7AM and started right after that. Unloaded 2 of our trucks in 45 mins. We tryckers hardly find this type of forklift guy in our day to day life. Please keep your good work like this. Really appreciated.

“This is for the 2023 annual warehouse sale - service was excellent during and post-sale. Shout out to Manny and his team, for being patient while we browsed the aisles, lending us measuring tape, and opening boxes to see if the item we're questioning is what we really want and how it would be delivered. The table we purchased arrived with the touch up we requested, looking like brand new. Delivery team was on time, courteous, quick, and clean. The items are displayed as organized as can be, prices are clear and most bigger pieces are unique or just floor display and sold quickly. The recent addition of Flexa pieces are most welcomed and a fun try out experience for kids if that's what you're looking for too. Don't forget to bring cash!”
“Oh my gosh...check in is a long process. After check in you dock your truck and have to come back in and watch them load your truck. No chairs, just stand there. Streamline!!!”

“No free samples but a great variety of great stuff you can buy for your stores!
The checkout was pretty quick! A guy came by, scan our Costco membership and scan our stuff while the cashier was helping someone else. Once it was our turn, everything ranged up and all we had to do was pay!
Would come back for the value and selection of products they have!”
