The new renovation is aesthetically pleasing. The wait times tend to be super long.

They can't pick up their phones to answer my question, then when I get there after waiting in their 15 minute queue they then tell me I have to be a customer (even though my stepmom is a VP with Wells Fargo) to do foreign currency exchange.
