Worse branch ever, always busiest, assistants always chatting and never helping the line to move not even a bit, takes an whole hour to even get help

Terribly slow, for no reason. The associates at the counter are casually chatting and giggling while customers are waiting in line. There are 6 associates in the branch, only two of them actually working behind the counter, the rest floating around. There are more than 20 people in line .. yet no urgency to move the line... read full comment
