The Hayward Work World gave pleasant service and a friendly treat upon entering the store. Customers are greeted and helped with shopping, and staff gave options not just sold items. Staff is very helpful, bilingual and made sure customers are happy with their purchase. Staff showed pieces from the sale rack and customers can save a little and find the right size for work boots, checked other location such as Newark. Very nice customer service, a great addition to the Hayward, and a plus for customers looking for helpful friendly help.

Excellent customer service, very helpful and gave me options not just sold me items.
