“I went it to purchase some boots for both work & an outfit I was piecing together. Originally when I ask if they had any black Timberlands I was flat out told that they did not.I wondered around a bit and was just about to leave until I was greeted by Juve, who asked me if I needed help looking for anything particular.I told him what I was there searching for, to my surprise he said they did have in stock (to be fair, the other employee must not have known they just received new shipment).We got to talk about car market & shoe market since we both work in sales and he just came off as a genuine guy who was looking out for your best interest. He asked me questions to help pick out the shoe that best fit my needs even though I knew I wanted those black Timberlands but was still appreciative that he asked. He even was giving quality customer service to me and at least two other customers which I was impressed.All in all, Juve provided an excellent shopping experience & was willing to go the extra mile to meet my needs. I didn’t find out he was even the manager until near the end of our interaction.I will be going here to purchase my next pair of footwear when I get the chance!”

“Came into this location looking for a specific pair of shoes for the kid and was excited to see that they had it (we looked at 2 other stores in San Jose and couldn't find his size) The worker Aryana was very friendly and personable. She helped us and our little on try on the shoes and pick out a few more for his collection (thankfully a few were on sale) Store is clean Easy to find in the mall Good selection of shoes”
