Garrett Ace Hardware is a well-stocked and exceptional hardware store, praised for its great selection, good prices, and exceptional customer service. Customers highlight the efficiency and helpfulness of the staff, particularly Laurie, who assisted them in finding the items they needed. The store is described as being larger than the typical Ace Hardware, with a wide range of premium items not commonly found in other locations. Customers appreciate the on-site small engine shop and the staff's willingness to provide cost-saving advice. Despite being located in Healdsburg, the store has earned a loyal following from customers in nearby Rohnert Park, who commend the friendly and positive attitude of the employees.
John greeted me the moment I walked in. I needed some bolts to match the thread of one I had but I needed a different length. He matched the thread in seconds and we estimated the length I needed. I was out the door in only a couple minutes and they fit perfectly when I got home. John and Garrett’s are the best!
