“I recently bought cabinets from here. Their designer, Martha, was incredible. Her work made our kitchen look more beautiful than we could imagine. She was great at finding the perfect balance between aesthetics and function. She was creative and imaginative. She also communicated well and always kept me updated during the process. The manager, Stacy was also fantastic. There was a mix up and some of my cabinets didn't come delivered. Stacy combed through records and warehouse space until she found them. She had them delivered within a few days. The mistake did cost me some money as I had to add another day for installation, but, Stacy gave me a store credit and a free cabinet panel I ended up needing. Overall we are beyond thrilled about our cabinets and experience. Healdsburg Lumber really delivered and for a very fair price. One of the best cabinet experiences I've ever had and will definitely use them for all of my future projects...you should too!”

I needed a PC power cable to charge a lighting array for a nonprofit small business owner retreat I was organizing at Autocamp.
We were short on time, I called everywhere in town, and True Value didn't sell the cable BUT were nice enough to give me the cable - after I texted them the photo one of the guys was nice enough to reply saying they had an old PC in the back that wasn't used anymore and he could pull the power cable off that and I could have it free.
Please support this local business. They are good people.
This was the lighting display we wouldn't have been able to charge if it were not for the donated cable. We got the lights charged and it was an awesome experience for everyone there.”

“Ideal hardware in Forestville is a great little store and a great alternative to the big box stores in Santa Rosa I just went by to get some keys made today and the service is friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of just about anything you could possibly think of toys for kids, hammers, tools, plumbing fixtures you can get keys greeting cards. They’ve got it all. It also has really nice handicap access and handicap parking out on the street, so it’s easy to access if you want to support your local stores this is a great hardware store to go to. I go here all the time.”
“Online review. I can see products but just keep getting messages that they can't be added to cart. One of the most difficult websites to try to buy things from. Wilco is a little closer so I sometimes go there because the website is not allowing items to be added to the cart. I have an account and used to be able to order online and have delivered. Please fix this. I have tried to order several times in the past few weeks.”
“This is a comprehensive store. Did some shopping on their Black Friday discounts, although it was already the Thursday following the Black Friday, go figger.
This little tight-ish box was down to three bucks. Got it home and began to try and soak that ugly Bunker Hill sticker off. Jeezum, what an ordeal ! Crazy manufacturers use a snoot full of glue on that abomination. The paper came off, but the glue was astoundingly pesky. Water soluble, but slow as Christmas in North Korea to clean off... you can still see some goo in the picture.”
“These guys are great. I was torn between buying all my lumber at Home Depot or buying it at Golden State. Golden State had a lot more of the unusual stuff in stock, and Mark was extremely patient with me, which I really appreciate. Prices were comparable to Home Depot and he said they have better lumber, so I went with them. A wonderful guy name Davy in the yard spent an hour and a half with me while I meticulously picked out about a hundred straight and mold-free pieces. Im super happy with the lumber and I’m happy and grateful for their expert, patient help. When was the last time you could say that about Home Depot?”
“So this wonderful supply store has those items in life you never new you needed, of wish you didn't. Waddles, sand bags, etc things you end up needing if you live in Sonoma County after a while. Courteous, Helpful and well versed in all things industrial, Omar was understanding of my needs for water barriers at my home. I felt much more confident in my DYI storm management and I feel the prices for what I got were fair and a lot less expensive then I imagined. Really very inexpensive but effective . I received personal service again in the yard when Chris delivered to my truck the waddle and sandbags. Top notch business and staff, great prices and a fantastic resource when it comes to inclement atmospheric rivers!”

“Great place to quickly get what you need for your house and garden. Very knowledgeable employees. Lots of beautiful flowering plants, trees, vegetable starts and seeds. Organic products too. Gardening tools and organic chemicals to solve any issue. Just ask an employee in an orange smock. They can advise and guide you to a solution.”

“I had a really great experience at the Home Depot in Windsor, CA—especially thanks to the cashier Tai. During every visit he has been super helpful. Eve with his bad back, he helped me load cement bags into my cart.
Tai was genuinely friendly, patient, and made the checkout process smooth and welcoming. It’s not every day you come across someone who takes a moment to connect with customers and keep things upbeat, even when it’s busy. Small things like that really make a difference.
The store itself was well-stocked and organized, but Tai’s customer service is what stood out the most. Definitely one of the better Home Depot visits I’ve had—thank you!”

I was out the door in only a couple minutes and they fit perfectly when I got home. John and Garrett’s are the best!”
