“Excellent customer service and as far as I could see all the tellers are bilingual. When I was there a customer walked in very upset and the Teller Cielo handle the situation beautifully. She was very open to hear your this customer and patient with her and eased her concerns and worries. Monserrat I believe is the manager or supervisor not sure what but quickly came to Cielos side to help out a customer in beef. Can't say enough good things about this bank. Definitely if one lives in Healdsburg this is the place to come if we want to be treated with Respect and Dignity. 7 stars for this Business and I for recommend BofA for our Latino Community.”

“The staff is always friendly and helpful, greeting me as soon as I entered the door. After having issues with another local credit union, I had to come in to look for local accounts and after hearing good things I tried them out and was happy with the service. It's unfortunate that they are only open 3 days a week, but they have another branch 15 minutes south that is open Monday through Friday plus they have a convenient night drop box. When I call having a question or needing help, it is real people who answer and not an automated teller that I have to wait 15 minutes just to speak to someone.”

“Friendly people inside they are always welcoming and smiling. The well Fargo got two ATM machines outside and a large parking lot. Never had any problem parking there. Lots of businesses around so you can always grab a coffee before heading back or some ice cream.. Why not some food.!”
