“They're creating the hero complex.
I'm the hero.
You see all the reviews about people being upset.
This location is no longer 24/7.
Police need to be aware.
Citizens are walking vast distances to get here BECAUSE all other convenience stores are closed.
It is imperitive to a community,
to keep these types of stores open,
through the night so that humans,
of all types and backgrounds,
can have a store open for bottled water,
etc.
Police are upset that the foreigner employee plays with the locks on the door,
preventing people from going in.
This is something the F.B.I. has been notified about.
It's an ongoing problem,
to take the initiative,
and deal with customers subjectively,
on a 1v1 basis.
Some customers get in.
Others do not.
The 7-Eleven graveyard shift ends up being exactly that.
Do you understand motivations?
Do you understand intentions?
Why on Earth would people feel frustrated at a 7-Eleven employee?
Come on Santa Rosa, we are intelligent people.
We have got to do better than this.
Go here at night time and have an interaction with this man if you don't believe me.
Read the other reviews.
It's just a matter of time before somebody gets upset.
You need to hire a new employee for the night time shift at this 24/7 location.
Otherwise there's going to be a problem.”
“SINGLE DOOR WAREHOUSE. PARK YOUR TRUCK ON ROAD FIRST .. GO GOR CHECK IN.. THEN YOU HAVE TO BACK YOUR TRUCK FROM EXIT ENTRY TO DOOR… NEED FULL TRUCKING SKILLS FOR THIS..”
“I love you the cheese pizzas that they can cook in 2 minutes. I just wish they didn't throw the parmesan cheese and hot pepper packets right on top of the super hot pizza. The cheese is so hot that the packets almost get cooked leave residue on the pizza that tastes funny.”
