“Hey jocks, be kind to the nerds at Best Buy! Came in just before closing time to look for a long micro-USB cable - which I was expecting to either be outrageously expensive or obsolete. It sure took me a long time in 1 section, but I struggled to find it in a second section. However in that second section, a major nerd was enthusiastic about educating my port terminology and helped me find the size I needed of what I wrongly thought was called a USBA. That what I now correctly call a long micro-USB had a good price too. The guy was so nerdy that it was funny. Thank You Nerd!”

“The service of the Target was standard as in there was a lot of self checkouts and checkout lanes. I choose to use self checkout although either lane works. The selection was slightly outdated as the toys were from a couple months ago and the cds some were from years ago. Although considering the history of the mall the products probably had a difficult time being sold. Although considering safety I believe the area was very sketchy. The value I did get a nice movie for $10. Alongside some cosmetic and household items.”
“I recently wanted to purchase a phone for my grand daughter and had one of the best customer service experiences! The sales person who assisted me was named Miguel. He is a very nice and professional person. He was very thorough and helped me get a great deal on a phone. My grand daughter was so happy. Will be visiting this store again!”

I was not getting my needs met through corporate , I decided to go into this store hoping they could resolve my technical needs. Myra was amazing. “I had an absolutely standout experience at the Verizon corporate location on 4th Street. I was fortunate enough to be helped by Carlos D., who truly went above and beyond. After struggling with phone support, Carlos personally took on my issue. He called customer service himself, pushed through roadblocks, and even escalated the matter to management, refusing to take no for an answer. While the issue itself couldn’t be resolved that day, Carlos’s dedication was unwavering. On top of that, he found ways to reduce my bill to better suit my needs. His customer service is top-tier—he’s exactly the kind of person you want in your corner. If you ever need help at Verizon, I can’t recommend Carlos enough!”

“Garcia’s is great I shopped around for quotes for stereo & speakers installed all the shops wanted to charge by the hour averaging around $135 an hour estimating time 3-4 hours so prices varied from $270-$640 all the shops except Garcia’s charge way to muchGarcia’s quoted me $197 including labor & partsI went with Garcia’s & had a next day appointmentTech said would be around an hour & half & it didn’t even take an hour & I paid less than they quotedI am a customer for life & will recommend only Garcias to all of my friends”
