“I called this facility trying to get in contact with FedEx in Windsor, and even though I'm sure that the team are sick of calls like mine, the woman who answered the phone had the patience of a saint, and very politely explained the misunderstanding (they're a third party licensed FedEx shipping facility, not responsible for package deliveries to homes), and gave me all of the information that I needed to contact FedEx directly. It's rare to find such polite and helpful customer service these days!”

“Today I encountered what people on Reddit call Amazombies. I was appalled how rude someone can be. Read your instructions people. It's clear YOU THE CUSTOMER.... have your package boxes and taped and drop off. Not treat the the employees badly. Funny thing is you have time to leave a bad review but you don't have time to read instructions..”
