My 94 year old father looks forward to getting his tv guide every month and when I walk in they update me with status of our mail and if it’s arrived. Also take customer service to the next level. “I called this facility trying to get in contact with FedEx in Windsor, and even though I'm sure that the team are sick of calls like mine, the woman who answered the phone had the patience of a saint, and very politely explained the misunderstanding (they're a third party licensed FedEx shipping facility, not responsible for package deliveries to homes), and gave me all of the information that I needed to contact FedEx directly. It's rare to find such polite and helpful customer service these days!”

It's clear YOU THE CUSTOMER.... have your package boxes and taped and drop off. Not treat the the employees badly. Funny thing is you have time to leave a bad review but you don't have time to read instructions..”
