“Great store. Came here looking for a coffee table. Found one at an awesome price ($60). Employees were very friendly and professional, also very polite. Definitely going to come back for our furniture needs. Great place for furniture at affordable prices.”

“This is my favorite thrift store. It's got great items for great prices. Clothes, household decor, plates, silverware, seasonal decor, crafts, kids stuff, shoes, furniture etc. There's parts that are disorganized but that's part of the fun of thrifting. They have the best decorations here during Christmas time. I've never had a negative experience with the staff. Parking is terrible but that's only because Trader Joe's (they are next door) parking lots are always cramped. No bathroom but you can go next door if you need to. Overall I've found amazing gems at this store and it's very affordable! Donating is easy as well but you have to go before their bin is full.”

“There are several Goodwill stores in Santa Rosa. I stopped by this one because I have not been in it for a long time. I am always on the lookout for cd's, dvd's and framed artwork. Books are also on my radar. Today, I found a dvd I wanted to add to my collection. What I like about Goodwill, is that the money they make from sales of donated items and financial donations, they use towards training people to become viable members of the workforce.”

“I found this donation station as I was running some errands. I had some clothes to donate and found they were very near to where I was at the time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to drive up and staff members removed the bags from my car and gave me a receipt. These folks made the process easy, fast, and simple. I will definitely be back to donate more items.”

“I found out about this place on my Nextdoor app. I normally take my donations to the Goodwill but the last time they wouldn't take several items ( like new cookbooks, brand new garden drip hose, plastic sealable bowls, etc). So I gave this place a call and within a couple of days they came to my home to PICK UP EVERYTHING. They Just asked to have the items in boxes that are closed so they can be stacked. I heard later about the good things they do for their employees. I'll have to pay a visit to their store.”

“I am not sure what others classify as expensive but everything here was under ten dollars, and under twenty for nicer things (like leather coats). Everything was organized and clean, we came here looking for photo frames. They didn't have much but we found something we like. Currently, their dressing rooms are closed and they aren't taking furniture donations.”
