“Had an incredibly helpful experience today with my 2002 Volvo. I called yesterday to see if they could help me put in some caliper bolts that had fallen out from one of my brake sets. They were the third place I called and the first two said they couldn't work with customer supplied parts and would have to charge me money for an inspection, and weren't sure they could even help. Big o said bring the parts in and we can do it for you quickly, and it may be very inexpensive. Had my vehicle towed in today and was greeted by Ewaldo who took the bolts I bought from O'Reilly's and said, let me see what I can do for you, and went off to work on my car. After some problem solving and he came back and said it's fixed. No charge. The bolts you brought in weren't the right size but I found some others. And even fixed your brake pads which had suffered some wear from the missing bolts. Wow. Definitely taking my family's two cars here first if anything goes wrong. They're very honest and straightforward and are great at problem solving. Thanks Big O team!”
