“I usually do my own services, but I found this place close to my home, bought a pair of inexpensive A/T Tires (cheapest in the area), they rotated and balanced my tires as requested, I asked for an alignment but they found some issues I was un-aware of (I had the entire front end re-done about 1 year ago somewhere else before finding this place) Aldo was the reported tech who worked on my truck and did a good job, truck does not shake anymore.
Truck will be brought in when repaired. I used to shop at Les Schwab because of the convenience of locations but this place is just as good or better. They really give you more options for your wallet.”

“Several years ago I found a nail in my tire right before we left on a long trip. I called them and they said to come right over. They jumped on it, repair d it, and got us going on our trip right away. I’ve used them a few times since for tire related stuff and they have always been great. I just had to get 4 new tires on my trailer. They were very quick about it and very reasonably priced. I’d highly recommend them!”

“What a good, punctual and honest person! Ahmad (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was able to change my 5th wheel tires on my trailer where it was parked within 24hrs of the initial call. His services exceeded my expectations and he remained in contact with me through the entire process, even though I wasn’t there. Worth every penny for a mobile service and saving me from hauling this beast to a shop. 10/10 reccomend and will be using him again. Random google search turned into repetitive business!”

I was able to get a full-synthetic oil change for $74.00 and they checked all of my fluids and was only going to charge me $6.00 dollars to top off all of my fluids if my fluids needed to be topped off. “I was looking for a mobile mechanic to do a used car inspection for me as I was buying out of state, I called around to a couple with no answer from any and Dave called me back within 5 minutes and put me on his schedule. I work at a dealership and am quite mechanical so I am aware of any bs someone could make up about a car and can confirm he knows what he is talking about, he was extremely straight forward, and extremely detailed with everything. He explained everything on the phone in detail with what he found, his personal thoughts on the car, and also sent a ton of photos of all around the car and under. Long story short I flew out to buy the car and drove it home 15 hours with no problems and instantly noticed the minor details he had told me about over the phone in detail and he was spot on. I highly recommend Dave.”

I can see why these guys are busy, because they know how to run a business that is both satisfying for the customer, and at the same time make the customer feel like they're getting a great value. Other glass replacement estimates were far higher than D.A.G. I was actually happy to hand over my money because I know great service when I see it. My car was 2 months old, only 1,300 miles and the chip I got on my windshield really was going to piss me off. I couldn't be happier going anywhere else to get it replaced. “I absolutely love AAA Santa Rosa Piner Auto. I brought my car in for an oil change today and Kyle went way above and beyond. I do a lot of commuting for work. The other day I got a pretty ugly rock chip right below my driver box in my windshield. I took it to a glass shop who told me they couldn't help me. Saying it would spread. Today when I went to pick up my car Kyle said he had a few minutes earlier today and was able to get my rock chip filled 😍 Thats the nicest thing anyone has done for me in a long time! Hands down the best customer service in town! I would absolutely recommend this auto repair shop! Please don't hesitate going there. They are very trustworthy and affordable!!
