“3 Sep 2025. I needed a rental car on short notice. Went to Enterprise and Hertz and was out of luck, even took a shot at UHaul. Last effort was with Budget, got the vehicle I needed with no hassle. The attendant at the counter was very helpful and professional. I haven't rented with Budget in the past 15 or so years. I will be returning on a more frequent basis.”
“I've been using Hertz to rent cars for a long time. I've spent a lot of money to these guys haha, but Hemet Hertz is at the top of the list. I know nearly everyone. To mention a few, Jake, Aerial, and Darius. I haven't seen Darius, but I did business with Jake and Aerial frequently while I was there. Jake is the ideal guy to run the store because he is meticulous and well-organized. He never forgets about you, even while he is busy. You only need to be patient, and he or Aerial will get to you quickly. These people are both professional and friendly. I appreciate how everyone can connect to my life because we are all in a same boat as a family man, and it's helpful to have people to talk to. I know that these guys aren't therapists, but they always make me feel welcome and kind. I believe that all businesses should have a personal environment, especially in this day and age where no one cares about anyone.
