Jake is the ideal guy to run the store because he is meticulous and well-organized. He never forgets about you, even while he is busy. You only need to be patient, and he or Aerial will get to you quickly. These people are both professional and friendly. I appreciate how everyone can connect to my life because we are all in a same boat as a family man, and it's helpful to have people to talk to. I know that these guys aren't therapists, but they always make me feel welcome and kind.
