“The most affordable rental company you can choose for it's daily rates. The option of a $200 deposit hold if you use a credit card, instead of the traditional $300 hold on a debit card was the deciding factor for me.The rental was clean, my dissatisfaction was check out. I returned the vehicle 5 hours early without a thank you even though they were in desperate need of returning vehicles I wasn't asked if I had checked all compartments for my belongings so I forgot something in the center console. I was waiting there for 20 minutes for my ride & they could have let me know when I was there waiting. They didn't even call me & when I called I asked if they could hold it for 2 days because I was still w/out a car I was told no, only until the end of that same day return. Doesn't sound legal or ethical to me but I will choose them again because I am on a limited income I just won't be returning the vehicle early & will take more time checking out, I won't be rushed by them.”
