“I hesitate to visit this location only because of security of the parking lot. However, I have visited this store several times in the last year, and based on my most recent visits, I feel the staff deserves the recognition. I stopped at this store last night (Thursday 7/9 at approx. 5:40 pm) and needed an item from a top shelf. The girl at the register gladly helped me by getting someone else that could access the top shelf for me. I was so impressed with the friendliness, and the willingness to help me even though they were all busy. I decided I wanted more of the item I purchased yesterday and made another early morning stop today (Fri. 7/10 about 7:15am). Both the girl at the register and the young lady who gladly got a ladder to assist me were so friendly and helpful. Their customer service skills should not go unnoticed! The store is clean and well organized. I will definitely be visiting this store more frequently.”

“Always good prices at Dollar tree even though their prices have gone up. It's nice to know I can get my coffee cream at $3. Unfortunately the lines are sometimes a little long but the prices are good especially on the holiday decorations. It's always nice to know that you have a place like Dollar tree where you can get ornaments or Christmas decorations or Halloween decorations for any occasion at a very low price. Thank you dollar tree for loneliness to purchase your items at a very low cost. Continue to keep your prices low....”

“Went looking for religious books for my class and personal item. There were only 4 Bible story hard books. I used to get great religious sticker books at the Dollar Tree. Maybe I need to go to the San Jacinto store. I noticed many empty boxes on the shelves. Althought I did go there in the evening-maybe stocking is done later. The cashier greeted me as I entered. She was courteous when I cashed out. Told her I still liked that the spot lights were motion sensored and I felt safe leaving the store.”

“Erica and the staff except the older we do that works on the weekends. She's not very nice. That let me explode for the rest of the staff. They are sweet, very helpful. They have no problem. Opening the packages to make sure it is what it says. It is on the box and they are always smiling and asking how I am. And they show their emotions, and I really value there customer service, and people's skills, they take their job serious. But they are very nice about it and very sweet. And I really appreciate it some days. I go in there and I find a lot of things that are good and there are some days that I Go in there. And I don't find not too much, but I have helped a lot of different families with their goods and their products. And I'm very happy with that. And I love to go and see their smiling faces.”

1420 East Florida Avenue, Hemet CA 92544

    3.6 Good 128 reviews

“Employees at this location are very nice every time we stop in. I do feel bad for them as they do get some unstable customers and well no one should have to deal with their craziness. There do tend to be unattended kids running around and making a mess more often than not, but that is out of the stores' control. The store is clean and well organized. It does get picked over often, but when they receive their shipments it is well stocked and they do a good job organizing them.”
