I was on the phone 30 minutes The receptionist sounded very rude .The fact that you chose that Occupation you probably should be a little more polite or if you are not a people person then you probably shouldn’t be a receptionist!

Definitely would give her a ZERO if I could. Have been waiting for almost 2 HOURS to be seen. So yes, I'm on here searching for a new Doctor.
