“I’ve been going to Brake Masters since I was 18 and seeing Kevin (and his lovely wife when she was there). He’s helped me with nightmare cars I inherited and cars I’ve bought myself. When he left I was honestly worried about the new team because I’m not very savvy with mechanical issues. In short the kindness willingness to work with customers and honesty Kevin brought to that place has absolutely carried on. The new team is fantastic. I don’t remember the new owner’s name but he’s just wonderful and super nice. No matter what the issue is they will always help you. Even with mechanical failures that were out of their depth due to tool accessibility they explained exactly what was wrong with my car what price I should expect and most importantly when it’s time to let go of a car that’s become more repairs than reliability. I’ve worked with Erik for about 98% of my visits and when I tell you this guy is a badass as is the rest of the crew it’s an understatement. They never let me leave without a plan or goal: what repairs can wait, what needs to be done now. His diagnostics have been nothing less than spot on. Because of them, I can go to a mechanic knowing when I’m being overcharged, when I’m being screwed with, and when I’m being disregarded. They’ve taken every concern seriously, and I wouldn’t have been able to stay on the road if it wasn’t for Erik and the entire team. If you’re unsure where to go, you MUST go here”

Even though it was a very busy day and I didn't have an appointment, he assured me my car would be taken care of and got all four of my tires installed in under an hour. He was knowledgeable, professional, and answered all of my questions about my vehicle. What impressed me even more was that, despite dealing with several rude customers throughout the time I was there, he remained respectful, and professional the entire time.
