“My former mechanic had replaced the alternator in my 2013 Chrysler 200. The car ran for a day, but started to have ignition trouble the next day. I had it towed back to my former mechanic who said it was a problem with the ignition switch and they didn't have a mechanic to fix that. I called the local Chrysler dealership and they said the car was too old for them to fix it. I then had it taken to J & H Automotive. They said they could fix it. They replaced the ignition switch as the diagnostics indicated, but that didn't fix the issue. They didn't charge me for that work and replaced the new ignition with my old ignition since it was working fine and fixed the real issue which was the TIPS (Total Integrated Power System) module. The car is running like new now. I would give six stars if that was possible.”

He kept me updated, explained everything they found in a way I could understand, and even gave me tips on how to keep my car in good shape.

“This is my 3rd, 5 Star Review of Tire Choice Auto Service Centers, and was my first time at the Hemet Location. I was able to secure a price point on an excellent set of tires, a price point I have not paid in over 15 years, $472 for a set of 4 brand new tires from a manufacturer that has NEVER had a recall on any of their tires thus far. As usual, I received excellent customer service and the genuine friendly attitude is real, NOT fake. These guys will do you right…every time.”
“I had an absolutely amazing experience here! I came in because I had lost a small badge somewhere inside my car and, despite searching everywhere myself, I could not find it. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful from the moment I arrived. They took the time to carefully look through the car and actually managed to find the badge for me!
What impressed me most was how genuinely willing they were to help. They treated what might seem like a small problem with real care and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Their customer service was outstanding, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional.

Some clips got broken and they didn’t bolt up my rear light properly, which is not a big deal…Not telling me about it is not professional.

“After trying several local shops,, I found these guys, they diagnosed the issue within hours and replaced the alternator and water pump. The alternator turned out to be faulty, they swapped it out in minutes and got me going again quickly. Highly reccomend these guys.”

I have I used them for insurance covered repairs as well as smaller body issues! I recently used them on a borrowed vehicle when my own car was totaled. I accidentally scraped the bottom side panel and was really freaked-out about it. Morgan and his team fixed it so well you couldn’t tell! They even mixed the paint to match there!
