“Went there to look for a dog collar made of leather that I was not able to find at pet store. Found one here a lady working here even let me try them on my dog so I can get the correct one. Great service didn't walk the whole store as I had my dog with me but next time I'll go with out a pet.”

“This location is great and has always been amazing but we had a stellar experience today. We had a horrible experience with the local reptile store selling us a dying bearded dragon and all the wrong supplies so we had come here to get all the correct stuff we needed but unfortunately he passed anyways. These guys helped us return everything we had purchased through them and we told them what happened and they were horrified for us and invited us to purchase an animal from them next time because theirs are truly cared for and they actually care about their customers. 10/10 customer service experience. I’ll be only going here from now on. They made a difficult time so much easier by just being good human beings.”
“They have lots of variety of food for cats and dogs as well as farm animal supplies . Good store but I gave them a 4 star because it's hard to get someone to help me , they put the heavy bags of dog food on the top shelf ? but if you ask them when you pay for your purchase to take it to the car they will . The also carry baby chicks , clothing and boots etc .”

“Pretty Good Assortment of Items and they just recently renovated inside so everything is nice and organized. The only reason for 4 stars is because the leaf litter and live moss has been shrink-flated to holy hell. A $15 large bag available or something would be nice”
