“Bathe my dog there. Very clean and very reasonable for a do it yourself bath. Just bring your towels and shampoo (although they have shampoo there). Wash, dry and leave. They will clean up after you leave.”

“5 stars because I love this place and it's the only place I buy dog food however I'm so sick of the hours being inaccurate. My schedule is very tight and I plan accordingly to make it on time and over half the time they open late or close early. It's so frustrating. I wish they would just post accurate hours :(”

“We LOVE this pet store! My husband and I have completely switched from Petco/Petsmart over to Kahoots and it was the best decision. The staff is always super friendly, at this point they’re more like family. They remember who we are from going in so often and they are exceptional people. Each employee is also very knowledgeable about anything we’ve asked about and if they don’t know, they do their researchThe quality of products are amazing, we even switched over to their own line of dog foods and treats for our fur babies. The price on it can’t be beat eitherCleanliness, from what I’ve seen at every location, is always top priority. The isles are always clean and clear, everything is always organized and never mixed around, and I don’t take a second thought if I need to use their restroomThere is so much more I could say about Kahoots but it’ll turn into a novel. “I've been using Summerwinds Take-A-Hike flea & tick shampoo as well as their Shine Onnn shampoo on our show poodles for decades. The Shine Onnn is a reasonably priced shampoo that does a great job and rinses out easily. The Take-A-Hike shampoo not only kills fleas and ticks but also dissolves the ear wax build-up we see in some dogs. One vet even commented, "These are the cleanest ears I've ever seen." I highly recommend those two products as well as the excellent service.”

“Elaina is great! She’s friendly, funny and knowledgeable which are great attributes of a dog trainer. We have completed the puppy training class and are now working on the “fundamentals”. Next we will continue with the “advanced” class and take the AKC/K9 Good Citizen test. The classes are well worth the money and I have noticed great progress. Thanks Elaina for your help!”
