I called for an emergency perscription dose, since my pharmacy informed me the medication was on back order and they were very rude but i’m so grateful I called Inland pharmacy the young woman who answered was so helpful she promptly helped me resolve my crisis and got my preciption to me the same day.”

“I go here every month to get my prescriptions filled the staff here is good at what they do I look forward to seeing them every month great customer service they take the time to make sure you understand what you are taking and insure that you understand before leaving great pharmacy better than Walgreens when I call I always get an answer no need to press 5 1 3 2 to ask for a pharmacist just call they are very friendly there and do a good job every day”

“I switched my prescriptions from Walmart here yesterday and am so glad that I did. We came in, and there was no line, which is Always great. The ladies who helped me were very nice and informative. I read past reviews and was expecting the worst, so maybe.... it was the way they were treated... I don't know. Either way, they were kind to me. Instead of paying $20.00 at Walmart here, I only paid $5.00. What a huge difference! What I did learn is that there is: 1. There is no cash back at the pharmacy section 2. $35 cash back at the regular register per transaction. 3. There are a lot of coupons printed on the receipt. Thank you, pharmacy ladies, for making it a great experience for me.”
“Came in from Arizona for Christmas with the family. Friday evening I realized I had left some of my needed medications at home. I called the store on Stetson and State and explained to the pharmacist my mistake and problem. He checked out my 3 prescriptions and said if I was there in 1/2 hour he would have them ready. So thankful to him for helping me out.”

“The ladies that work here are always extremely helpful. I work with them with multiple issues and they always help me through it. We have to remember our emergency is not theirs so lets plan better :). They most likely see hundreds of patients a day. Most of them are not feeling well and unfortunately probably are not in the best of moods. So lets remember that when we are upset at this hard working team that here to help us. “I came to the store thinking this would be a in n out situation because of the walgreens app I'm usually satisfied with the app but not this time I was stuck on the aisle scratching my head even went to the pharmacy department but they were so busy with a long line I didn't have time to wait then this girl name destiny who is a Walgreens employee offered me help she was amazing I explained my situation she help me with the correct aisle and even came up to me with a cheaper price over the counter medication that was on clearance. As I was waiting in line to get checked out I went and asked for her help with another issue and she was fast knew exactly what I was talking about even with the embarrassing story of why I was looking for this and she made me feel no judgment took me to the exact location of the product I was there for in the first place . Thanks destiny because of you I'll be retuning . Wish all customer service ppl were like you . Your doing a great job and was a life savor tonight .”

“It's nice to walk in to a beautiful target. Pick up is dangerous with all that shopping at your fingertips. Joking a little. I don't like that they completely close the pharmacy at prime time for lunch. They pull the gate down and ghost town. At the least let people go to lunch at separate times like most other Pharmacy's do. Maybe in a retail store is why? I just switched to them because of the tragic loss of my pharmacy. My first pick up the lady that assisted me was super nice and outgoing. It was fast. Then I picked up on a Saturday and one young man in a white coat had a horrible attitude. He was pissy and intimidating. Two of the employees became available at the same time. I told them, behind me go ahead so they could have him. She said ohh nooo!!! You go. So my trigger was we were in line to the right. He snapped at us.. the line starts here and pointed to a new area which would let a couple other people that just walked up be in front of us already waiting. I said well we have been waiting here. He snapped at me to move to where he said. We all did. At the register I had questions being new. I didn't ask but one. He was so intentionally snippy and I don't want to have confrontation with him. This put me off. I will be moving my prescriptions to a large free standing cvs. I will not be treated poorly by any one.”
“I missed the Walgreens that I go to was still a 24 hour Walgreens. It is much needed in this community. It is greatly missed. The pharmacy is clean and they do a good job.”
“I went in today to pick up a prescription for my daughter, the pharmacy was empty it was super fast and the pharmacist was friendly and answered all my questions. I picked up a few snacks and let me tell you my girl ernesta was awesome. Super friendly and helpful. I walked out with a whole bag of tide pods that she let me know were on sale. Great customer service! I will be back! Thank you Ernesta!”

“Today, January 16, 2022, between 2:55 pm and 3:11 pm, I was at Walgreen trying to get the "VapoSteam" for Vicks Voporizor. I looked through the whole isle, and there was none but found the "Vapo Pads." Since I have never used the VapoPads I wanted to confirm I pressed the button for assistance, and Irene comes. Irene really doesn't like her job or was annoyed. She was so irritated assisting me. I showed her the pictures of the Vapo Steam bottle and said there was none, which is understandable. I asked her if the Vapo Pads works, and she just said, "idk idk what kind of Vaporizor you have." I showed her which one. And she just repeated to say "idk" with such a annoyed attitude. This review is not much for Walgreens not having the VapoSteam but mostly of the employee's attitude.”
“CHAOTIC FUN! This Walgreens is a favorite of mine as I feel like I’m in a sitcom every time I walk-in. The staff is sassy, yet professional . There’s lots of misadventures happening in here on the daily like attempted shoplifting but the staff is ALWAYS on top of things! The shift managers care about keeping a close eye on the hooligans and I get a kick out of it.
Also, I come to this Walgreens a lot whenever I have to pick up a prescription as the drive-thru is fantastic and the pharmacy staff are speedy. Whether I walk-in or not, I always get my medications in a timely manner. Oh and they actually get my name right here! I wish I could give this Walgreens five stars but they decreased their operation hours. Bring BACK the 24/7 schedule please!”
“I live down the street from this Walgreens, the area is bad itself but the staff inside are always welcoming. I come here to coupon and anytime there is an issue with my coupons or my rewards management and the employees are always so graceful and very down to earth about it. The store is always clean. I prefer this location than others.”
