“Came in from Arizona for Christmas with the family. Friday evening I realized I had left some of my needed medications at home. I called the store on Stetson and State and explained to the pharmacist my mistake and problem. He checked out my 3 prescriptions and said if I was there in 1/2 hour he would have them ready. So thankful to him for helping me out.”

“ACCESSIBLE and EASY SHOPPING... this Neighborhood Market is certainly a community staple as it's smack in the heart of Florida and is a pretty easy to get to. The store is always well-stocked and it's great for grab-and-go purchases. I come to this Walmart often as its self-checkout line is fast and the staff are always vigilant. The store has a pharmacy and I usually see people pretty happy with the service. I love the frozen and refrigerated sections as they're large and have a lot of options. For "Neighborhood Market" standards I'd say this location is a bit larger. The store could be a little neater but overall it's in good condition”

“I switched my prescriptions from Walmart here yesterday and am so glad that I did. We came in, and there was no line, which is Always great. The ladies who helped me were very nice and informative. I read past reviews and was expecting the worst, so maybe.... it was the way they were treated... I don't know. Either way, they were kind to me. Instead of paying $20.00 at Walmart here, I only paid $5.00. What a huge difference! What I did learn is that there is: 1. There is no cash back at the pharmacy section 2. $35 cash back at the regular register per transaction. 3. There are a lot of coupons printed on the receipt. Thank you, pharmacy ladies, for making it a great experience for me.”

“I came to the store thinking this would be a in n out situation because of the walgreens app I'm usually satisfied with the app but not this time I was stuck on the aisle scratching my head even went to the pharmacy department but they were so busy with a long line I didn't have time to wait then this girl name destiny who is a Walgreens employee offered me help she was amazing I explained my situation she help me with the correct aisle and even came up to me with a cheaper price over the counter medication that was on clearance. As I was waiting in line to get checked out I went and asked for her help with another issue and she was fast knew exactly what I was talking about even with the embarrassing story of why I was looking for this and she made me feel no judgment took me to the exact location of the product I was there for in the first place . Thanks destiny because of you I'll be retuning . Wish all customer service ppl were like you . Your doing a great job and was a life savor tonight .”

“I’ve been using Walmart pharmacy for 35 years. Customer service has always been stellar . When I call I can not remember a time they were not friendly , helpful and in the store. As a nurse the health care system is very taxing, important roles and very very over worked. I’m just amazed how patient they are. They have their share of problems … well ya… they fill thousands of scripts a week, it’s inevitable.”

“This Walgreens management and workers, went out of their way during the holidays to make sure all gift cards were good. An employee asked if okay to check if the numbers are good before purchasing. Told him of course, since it's for a gift. He told me they pulled so many fraudulent gift cards off the racks. Want to tell the management thank you for keeping our holidays safe and thinking of your customers.”

“It's nice to walk in to a beautiful target. Pick up is dangerous with all that shopping at your fingertips. Joking a little. I don't like that they completely close the pharmacy at prime time for lunch. They pull the gate down and ghost town. At the least let people go to lunch at separate times like most other Pharmacy's do. Maybe in a retail store is why? I just switched to them because of the tragic loss of my pharmacy. My first pick up the lady that assisted me was super nice and outgoing. It was fast. Then I picked up on a Saturday and one young man in a white coat had a horrible attitude. He was pissy and intimidating. Two of the employees became available at the same time. I told them, behind me go ahead so they could have him. She said ohh nooo!!! You go. So my trigger was we were in line to the right. He snapped at us.. the line starts here and pointed to a new area which would let a couple other people that just walked up be in front of us already waiting. I said well we have been waiting here. He snapped at me to move to where he said. We all did. At the register I had questions being new. I didn't ask but one. He was so intentionally snippy and I don't want to have confrontation with him. This put me off. I will be moving my prescriptions to a large free standing cvs. I will not be treated poorly by any one.”

“Today, January 16, 2022, between 2:55 pm and 3:11 pm, I was at Walgreen trying to get the "VapoSteam" for Vicks Voporizor. I looked through the whole isle, and there was none but found the "Vapo Pads." Since I have never used the VapoPads I wanted to confirm I pressed the button for assistance, and Irene comes. Irene really doesn't like her job or was annoyed. She was so irritated assisting me. I showed her the pictures of the Vapo Steam bottle and said there was none, which is understandable. I asked her if the Vapo Pads works, and she just said, "idk idk what kind of Vaporizor you have." I showed her which one. And she just repeated to say "idk" with such a annoyed attitude. This review is not much for Walgreens not having the VapoSteam but mostly of the employee's attitude.”
