Maitexa-was the 1st person to greet me and because of her she made my day. Very kind, started conversations and her smile was pure. Mazie Mae was well taken care of by the Dr's. Dr. Rothstein was very good with Mazie, even listening to my last appointment with Dr. Kim, she was fantastic. She didn't make me rush the conversations & didn't rush the process
Left a place in El Cerrito after my senior cat was diagnosed with cancer, they lack empathy during our time. Empathy is so important to have and just feel Abby has that”
“The veterinarian took the time with my shih tsu and did a pretty thorough examination and gave me excellent alternatives to the issue my fur baby was experiencing. This summer, he had been skunked and bitten by fleas. The flea treatment I had been using just was not working, and the skunk spraying him was an experience neither of us had experienced. Well, on the latter, he was okay, but the fleas had caused a rash and we are working on that; he is doing better. First time for everything!”

“I have a colony and just finished getting all the females spayed to avoid kittens. They procreate unreasonably quickly and I can only care for so many cats. The urban ecosystem can only manage so many cats but I appreciate not having to worry about rodents. My local opossum is doing a great job at managing ticks. Love the wildlife, just trying to be responsible.”

My dog between last year and this year has finally been called a senior which is so scary for me but he still acts like he’s two years old even though he’s 11 years old now. You treated him with care when it came to a shots. You were loving through the whole process this last time I visited.”
“For more than 25 years I’ve had Campus Vet Clinic look after the succession of Brussels Griffons that took over my life. My Griffs have outlasted a couple generations of Campus vets, and the current crew and their cheerful support staff are worthy successors to those who came before.
Drs. Pierson and Tam have helped ease my Trixie into her matronly years, keeping under control later-life conditions like dry eye and declining mobility.
I am getting to the age when I wish the benefits of my own healthcare providers were as predictably positive as those enjoyed by my little friends. As always, we dog lovers strive to provide to our canine companions the things we cannot always get for ourselves.”

“Took my 6.5 mo old American Bully in for a check up after being hit by a car during her daily walk. We think she tumbled underneath and came out on the other side, miracle!!! Scheduling a full assessment for her was a blessing at El Sobrante Vet Hospital. Dr Wehren did a full assessment, spent the needed time with her as well as staff. Thankfully my baby girl is going to recover and I feel at ease. I highly recommend this place as one that really cares about our fur babies. Thank you all!”
“Pet Vet is an awesome resource and I recommend it to anyone in the area with pets. I first started shopping here because the flea meds were cheaper than at my vet's. There's a great selection of food and supplies (some hard to find) and you can get a lot of normally "prescription only" items. Some require a clinic visit but others like sub-q bags are easily available.”

“I know this place has some bad reviews, but you shouldn't always believe everything you read. I've learned that you have to make your own judgements and opinions and person/place/thing. With this Said I do recommend this place. After calling one after the other in Google maps finally after10+ calls they were able to get me a same day appointment and take me in as a new patient. I had started to really get upset with every other vet telling me either they are all booked up or that they are not taking new clients. My own vet wouldn't even get me In. The vets whole crew although they do look fresh out of school are still very knowledgeable and they might lack experience but hey give them a chance so that they can. I mean I did and I don't regret it”

“The staff here is absolutely amazing. This is not my primary vet however my dog had an emergency where he had a stab wound to the neck and this was the closest hospital I could bring him to. The staff immediately got into action and everyone was so caring and supportive. Luckily my baby was okay but it’s all thanks to the staff at the Hercules Pet Hospital, I will definitely be a returning customer.”
