“Ok, let’s balance up some of these so-so reviews with some hard facts.Dr Vasken has more experience and general engineering knowledge on the elderly Mercedes SLK models than several other local main dealers I have tried. He fixed a problem on my 320 SLK which had stumped two main dealers and the various internet chat rooms. And his understanding and interpretation on the car’s computer codes got the car through its smog checks when the testers said it clearly needed new cats ( five times the price of Dr V’s minor parts and filters) . He has looked after that 320 ( and my 230 before it) as if it were his own . I would never go anywhere else for Mercedes servicing.”
“I love this guy. Never in my whole life and I am 69 years old, have I met a person that goes beyond being fair. We agreed that finding a short in my wiring was a extremely difficult and time consuming task, so he was going to charge me is hourly rate and work on my audi between other jobs. I had another vehicle so I was fine with that.I left my car with him for acouple of months.Well the amount of hours he put into this job was more than the car was worth, so I was probally going to tell him..just keep the car and sign over the pink slip. When I got the final bill I couldn't believe it. He ate the majority of the hours and just charged me peanuts. Never had I met a man like this..A business owner of a repair shop that went way out of his way to not only be fair but far beyond that. THIS IS THE PLACE TO TAKE YOUR AUDI OR VOLkSWAGEN HANDS DOWN. “I bought a 2013 911 Carrera S from John at Casey's Cars. A very fair price on my dream car. The entire interaction was low stress, professional and courteous. John was made the purchase carefree, despite the numerous difficulties of buying in it in CA and shipping it to Ohio. He found a better loan rate than the lowest I could find and shipping cost below market. It was shipped early with no problems. He even came into work early, a week AFTER the sale to send some additional paperwork because the title office in Ohio was being a pain. I will call John in couple years when I'm ready for a GT3!”
