“I want to give a big thank you to Capo Fireside Hesperia and to the owner Eric. I had an issue with a product that was not working as it should. The warranty was still in effect and was covered by the manufacturer. However the manufacturer was not in agreement with the issues and said they would not cover it. I appealed to Eric the owner of Capo through the manager Sharm at the Hesperia store, they investigated the situation and replaced the product at no charge. Thank you for your help with this matter. The good outweighed the bad so I called. Ana was very nice and has a friendly personality. Miguel came out today and fixed our dryer in less than 15 minutes.
