“My husband returned to this location in a frenzy as he had purchased oil and a oil filter here to change his oil on his car. While changing the oil he had realized the oil filter was a different one than usual as the parts are always changing with these things. He didn't have the right tightening tool to get the oil filter tight enough under the car. He tightened it with his hand strength and poured in the new oil and the oil just poured all over our driveway. He thought it had been tight enough but it wasn't. So during his return to advanced auto parts to get another tool and to share how frustrated he was, Lisa Carrillo- Mastriano helped him at the counter. She talked to him and heard his frustrating story, gave him new oil, a new filter, a tightening tool that fit, some items to help sop up the mess, plus $25. This was such a blessing at a time when most everything he had done had gone wrong. Thank you for helping us fix our mess.”

“A pal of mine and I were on a road trip to Coachella music festival from Montana when my car, Gibbler, broke down in Hesperia. Just Go towed us cheaper and tried to fix its problem after they already closed. What sweetie pies. And not only that, they let us spend the night with our car in the shop and they let us watch Netflix on their computer! We were able to use the time to organize our car and take a sink shower(already been a long 2 day road trip and we really appreciated the bathroom access). Our only regret is not accepting a haircut when it was offered by one of the gentleman. What a memorable experience Just Go Automotive has given us. Thank you boys!!!”
