“As an update: I've been living in a house for the past year as I get ready for travel has my son is fixing my RV and doing some repairs. I wanted to make that clear. I can live in the house or I can live in the RV.
To me it's fun to drive down to the beach from Apple Valley.. doesn't mean I'm homeless. I have a house I can live in as well. You can't judge anyone. The same goes can't judge a book by its cover. My son is helping me learn all about my small motorhome and we've gone several times to dump my black tank and gray tank and it's quick and easy service.
I just don't like to make a comment to the people who talk about the full-time residences and on the being on the point of homelessness. Don't talk about something you don't know. I know several people that have a couple of million for retirement but they decided to drive a van conversion or small motorhome like me as my mother used to say sometimes the reason people have a million dollars is because they spend the money wisely while they were saving it. I chose to be a nomad and not pay all my money out an apartment as I about to begin my travels across the United States. I came from a family that lived in different countries we always traveled. And sometimes it was in a station wagon sometimes it was staying in hotels or on trains. It doesn't mean people are broke because they choose that lifestyle on vacations or permanently.
I really resent the fact that when somebody says on the edge of homelessness solely because they choose to live in the vehicle and they're traveling in in a campground. Periodically to get away from heat and snow and they have a multi-million dollar house back east. Again don't judge what you don't know.”

“After being charged for a diagnostic from another shop i was quoted a price close to $1,000 to fix my car. I went to KNR Automotive for a second opinion. After to just listening to me I was quoted a price under $300. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Then to my " amazement" they told me that they purchased one of the parts for $6,00 less than they expected and they actually reduced my bill by $6.00. Can you imagine a mechanic reducing your bill, well not in my lifetime. It is a small "full service" honest shop, but I promise looks are so deceiving. Do yourself a favor and give them a try you will not be disappointed.”

“Checking in and out was easy as always with U-Haul. Trucks and equipment are always in working order. I have rented from U-Haul for most of my moves in town and out of state. The staff are always friendly and professional. They usually are ready to assist you in loading boxes and in-store items.”

“I've been a propane customer for 20 years and I really wish I had switched to Silver Valley years ago. The customer service is above and beyond any of their competitors and so far the prices are much more reasonable. I highly recommend making the change if you've been unhappy with the usual companies.”

“This place mostly has bad reviews because the customers are rude, entitled, and unsympathetic. (There are obvious scheduling issues but take that up with a supervisor/manager not the employee FYI) I had an appointment at 10:30 am for a hitch to be installed and I arrived 10 minutes early and found there to be a line 5 people deep. It was clear the only person working the whole place was one man doing the job of 2-3. He was doing his best to help serve each person as quickly as he could. The man in front of me didn't have a reservation to get a truck and blamed the employee for the size truck he wanted to be unavailable and was outwardly irritated...interesting. To which this man tried to drag me into his bs by trying to make the employee feel bad for making 'this young lady waiting. To which I replied 'nah, I'm fine waiting'. Not to mention the two other people who had something to say about the employee right in from of him. About 30 minutes passed, which to me, is reasonable as he again was the ONLY person there. He helped me very quickly and I was on my way after a quick inspection of my car for dents and scratches. Very nice man and my hitch came out great. I was told they would start on it at 3 and I got a call at 4. No issues besides the very rude customers I had to unfortunately be among while waiting my turn, patiently.”
