Don't do business with them scam they told us $500 month minimum then they raise ti $1500 and start charging us fees they won't do anything. The branch manager victoria blankenship was rude and did nothing to help. She it's are right to charge you fees. What a joke

I came with my 91 year old mother and sister to have a removal name from the account and one of the clerks give us a really bad attitude she makes us wait more than 2 hours and she kept saying that we were not going to be seeing .

The Hesperia office is unhelpful and rude. I tried getting pennies for my son they refused me. Im thinking about changing banks after 20years because of them.
