“So this rating is based on my experience with with Nina whom introduced herself during our interaction (it could be Tina ?) I didn’t want to ask her to repeat herself. However I went there the next day and was assisted by someone who did not introduce themselves but was also very helpful. I had gone to the other branch down on main st earlier and they were nice too but less informative. I was having trouble cashing a check and I was under the impression that I had an account with US bank because my employer pays us through a card if we choose to. It says US bank on it, so when I go there to deposit the check she basically said I don’t have an account and that the card I presented wasn’t theirs. So I’ll upload a pic because it was me of those moments that I’m like so is this not you? She was basically like that’s a third party and I asked her what were my options for cashing the check. She sent me to chase ? it was their check. So eventually I get fed up after a couple hours trying to figure out how to cash my check. So I went to this branch which is closer to my home idk why google maps sent me to the other one first. Anyways I was already frustrated and went in asking what my options were. The moment I showed her the card she immediately knew my employer and why I was having a difficult time. She then proceeds to give me options on how I can deposit or cash the check. She gave me three different options and one of them was to open an account. I ended up opening an account and the set up was super easy because I already had the US bank app and within seconds the new account showed up on my app. If it wasn’t for her knowledge and information I would not be a U.S. bank customer. “So we've been having issues for over a month trying to get things figured out with a Trust account and finally came across someone from B of A that could assist and guide step by step, otherwise we'd still be stuck in a rut. Lina was extremely attentive and calming and through these difficult times, she remained calm and assured us things would be taken care of before we left the bank. It took over two hours, but two accounts were handled. The estate department is a pain in the a** to deal with... at least they have competent employees here at this location. Thanks Lina..”
